Privacy Policy Terms of Service Risk Disclosure

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account data — your email address, your name (if you provide one), and your password stored as a bcrypt hash. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Google account data, if you sign in with Google — your Google account ID, email, name, and profile picture URL. We only accept Google accounts with a verified email address.
  • Telegram data, if you link your account — your Telegram user ID and username, used to send you signal alerts and to manage your membership in the premium group.
  • Your trading content — strategies you build, journal entries, watchlists, price alerts, predictions, and course progress. Journal entries contain financial information about your own positions.
  • Exchange API keys, only if you use Auto Trade — encrypted at rest with authenticated encryption (libsodium secretbox). They are never displayed back to you or to anyone else; the interface only ever shows the last 4 characters.
  • Subscription records — which plan, when it started and ends, and (for manual activations) a note recording who activated it.
  • Risk acknowledgements, if you enable Auto Trade — which version of the risk disclosure you accepted, when, your IP address, and your browser user agent. This is kept as a record of informed consent.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled entirely on the payment provider’s own platform; we only record that a subscription was activated.

2. Why we use it

To run the account and subscription you asked for, to compute and deliver the signals and reports you configured, to send the alerts you enabled, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third parties your data touches

This terminal reads market data from external providers. What we send them is the symbol you are looking at — never your identity, your positions, or your account details:

  • Binance (crypto prices; and, only if you enable Auto Trade, your orders — placed with your own API key)
  • Yahoo Finance (stock prices and fundamentals), IndexAlpha (IDX broker data), CoinGecko, GoPlus, DefiLlama (crypto research)
  • Telegram (alerts and group membership), Google (only if you sign in with Google), Groq (AI explanations — the text of your question and the related strategy or journal context is sent to generate an answer)

Note the exception: AI Consult by design sends the content of your question and the relevant strategy/journal context to Groq. If you would rather that content never leave this system, do not use that feature.

4. How long we keep it

Account and trading content is kept while your account exists. Password reset links expire after 60 minutes and can be used once. If you delete your account, we delete your account data and trading content, and your linked exchange API keys are removed immediately. Records we are required to keep for accounting or dispute purposes (such as subscription and payment records, and risk acknowledgements for Auto Trade) may be retained after deletion.

5. Your rights

Under Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) you may request access to your data, correction of it, or its deletion, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We are honest about the current state: account deletion and data export are handled manually on request at this stage, not yet by a self-service button. We are building that.

6. Security, stated plainly

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest. The session cookie is HttpOnly and only sent over HTTPS. We reject exchange API keys that carry withdrawal permission. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.

Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Premiumorph is a trading analysis and automation tool for Finmorph premium members. It provides market research, screening, strategy building with backtesting, a scheduler that scans markets and sends alerts, a trading journal, and optional automated order execution on your own exchange account.

It is not a financial advisor, a broker, an asset manager, or a licensed investment service. We do not manage money, we do not hold your funds, and nothing produced by this service is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old. One account is for one person — do not share your login. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Access to the terminal requires an active subscription. When it expires, terminal access closes automatically and you are removed from the premium Telegram group.
  • Payment is currently processed on an external payment page. Activation is performed manually after payment is confirmed — see the stated activation time on the pricing page.
  • Renewing before your current period ends adds to the remaining days; you do not lose them.
  • Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If the service is materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us — we will deal with it fairly.

4. Alpha status

This service is in ALPHA. Features may change, break, or be removed. Data may be incorrect or delayed. Scheduled scans may run late or not at all. You should expect bugs, and you should not rely on this service as your only source of information or as a substitute for checking your exchange directly.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not scrape it in bulk or resell its data; do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate an account that does. Some data shown here is licensed from paid providers and may not be redistributed.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including losses caused by software defects, downtime, or incorrect data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the premium Telegram group and reflected in the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: the contact address at the bottom of this page.

Risk Disclosure

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Nothing here is financial advice

Every signal, score, verdict, rating, screening result, and AI explanation in this terminal is produced by heuristics and calculations over public data. They are aids to your own analysis, not recommendations, and not predictions. We are not licensed to give financial advice and we do not give it.

2. Backtests are not promises

Backtest reports, win rates, and expectancy figures are computed over historical data under idealised assumptions — no slippage, no trading fees, and exits assumed to happen exactly at the stated level. Real results differ. Most of the built-in strategy templates have produced negative expectancy in our own testing, and we show those numbers rather than hiding them.

3. Data can be wrong or late

Market data comes from third-party sources that can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Stock data may be delayed by around 15 minutes. Broker (bandar) figures are end-of-day, and our smart-money classifications are approximations, not official designations. Free-float figures are estimates, not the exchange’s official calculation.

4. Auto Trade: real money, leverage, automation

If you enable Auto Trade, this system places real orders in your own exchange account using leverage, automatically, without asking you each time. Positions can be liquidated and the entire margin lost. Stop losses can slip or fail to fill. Software or connectivity failures can cause orders to be placed, missed, or left open unexpectedly.

Before you can use Auto Trade you must read and accept a separate, more detailed risk disclosure inside the terminal, and that acceptance is recorded. Start in Demo mode, and monitor your positions on the exchange itself — the exchange, not this terminal, is the authoritative record of your account.

5. You decide

Every trading decision is yours, including the decision to let software act on your behalf. Consider your financial situation and, if you need advice, consult a licensed professional.
